自制槐蜜栓纳肛治疗津亏肠燥型便秘60例临床报道

Clinical Report of 60 Cases of Constipation With Intestinal Dryness Type Treated by Self-made Huai Honey Suppository

《伤寒论》第233条"蜜煎"首创药物纳肛治疗便秘,该便秘为阳明病误汗伤津而致无水舟停,大便秘结,排出困难。鉴于此,笔者根据原条文自制槐蜜栓将其用于津亏肠燥型便秘,经临床观察60例,总有效率为86.7%,具有操作简便、疗效可靠、使用人群广泛、易于推广的特点。凡因津伤血亏、肠道干涸引起之便秘,无论老人、孕妇、小儿均可应用。

Article233of Treatise on Febrile Diseases treats constipation as the first medicine to treat constipation.The constipation is caused by the sickness of sweating and dampness caused by yangming disease,resulting in difficulty in discharging constipation.In view of this,the author based on the original provisions,the Huai Mizuan suppository will be used for the diarrhea of constipation,the clinical observation of60cases,the total effective rate was86.7%,with easy to operate,reliable effect,the use of a wide range of people,easy to promote features.All due to injury blood loss,intestinal constipation caused by dry,regardless of the elderly,pregnant women,children can be applied.
