日立7100全自动生化分析仪试剂携带污染分析及处理对策分析

Analysis of Hitachi 7100 Automatic Biochemical Analyzer Reagents Carrying Pollution and Analysis of Countermeasures

目的针对日立7100全自动生化分析仪在运行期间,检测标本试剂携带污染状况进行分析,得到准确的污染处理对策。方法选取20例体检人员混合血清来测定24个检测项目。结果在污染检测工作中,可以将污染项目划分成为40个项次,在纯水清洗完成之后,可以消除20个项次,然后使用轻酸性与碱性进行清洗之后,可以清除剩余20项次中的13项次,使用三种清洗方式开展处理工作之后发现,总有效率为82.5%,只有最后剩余的两次项需要进入到特殊清洗的通道。结论在使用日立7100全自动生化分析仪的过程中,应科学开展试剂携带污染的检测工作,并了解干扰情况,利用合理的清洗方式进行处理,能够减少试剂携带污染问题。

Objective To analyze the contamination carried by Hitachi7100automatic biochemical analyzer during operation,and to get accurate pollution treatment measures.Methods20medical staffs were selected to determine24test items by mixed sera.Results In the pollution detection work,the pollution project can be divided into40lines.After the pure water is cleaned,20lines can be eliminated,and then the light acidity and alkalineity can be used to clear the remaining20lines In the13times,thuse of three cleaning methods to carry out the processing work found that the total effective rate was82.5%,only the last remaining two items need to enter the special cleaning channel.Conclusion In the process of using Hitachi7100automatic biochemical analyzer,it is necessary to carry out the detection of reagent carryover pollution,understand the interference situation and handle it with reasonable cleaning methods,so as to reduce the problem of reagent carrying pollution.
