探讨血常规检验过程中的误差原因以提高检验质量

The Causes of Error in the Process of Blood Routine Test in Order to Improve the Quality of Inspection

目的对血常规检验过程中发生误差的原因进行分析,以促进检验质量得到提高。方法以在本院接受血常规检验的170例患者为研究对象,观察不同时间点、不同采血位置、不同保存方式下的检验结果。结果 (1)不同采血位置检验结果 :静脉血PLT值高于外周末梢血,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)不同放置时间检验结果 :静脉血采集后,放置2 h的PLT、HGB检验值低于放置4 h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)不同保存方式检验结果:静脉血采集后,室温下储存的HGB值高于冰箱内储存(P<0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多种因素导致血常规检验过程中出现误差,所以有必要积极提出相应的对策,以提高血常规检验的质量,提高血常规检验结果的准确性,从而为临床诊断的准确性提供保障。

Objective To analyze the causes of the occurrence of error in the process of blood routine test in order to improve the quality of the test.Methods In this hospital,170patients with routine blood test were studied to observe the test results of different time points,different blood sampling locations and different preservation methods.Results(1)The results of different blood sampling location test:The PLT value of venous blood was higher than that of the peripheral blood,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the other index values was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The test results of different placement time:After venous blood collection,the value of PLT and HGB for2h was lower than that of4h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the other indexes was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The results of different preservation methods:After the collection of venous blood,the HGB value stored at room temperature was significantly higher than that in the refrigerator(P<0.05).The difference of the other indexes was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion A variety of factors can lead to errors in routine blood test.Therefore,it is necessary for us to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of blood routine test and improve the accuracy of routine blood test results,so as to provide guarantee for the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
