临床输血病历质量检查结果分析及应对策略

Analysis of the Results of Quality Examination of Clinical Transfusion Records and Countermeasures

目的分析临床输血病历质量检查结果及应对策略。方法随机选择我院2015年1月—2017年12月住院患者输血病历4 553例,其中2015年输血例数1 472例,2016年输血例数1 506例,2017年输血例数1 575例,开展年末质量调查分析。结果全部4 553例临床输血病历中,共382例为不合格输血病历,不合格率为8.39%(382/4 553);2015年度的输血病历不合格率为11.68%(172/1 472),2016年度的输血病历不合格率为7.64%(115/1506),2017年度的输血病历不合格率为6.03%(95/1 575),输血病历不合格率表现为逐年降低。结论对临床输血病历进行严格的质量管理,针对不合格输血病历制定有效应对策略,能有效降低输血病历不合格率,让患者的生命健康和安全得以保证。

Objective To analyze the results and countermeasures of clinical transfusion records.Methods4553cases of transfusion cases were randomly selected from January2015to December2017in our hospital.Among them,1472cases received blood transfusion in2015,1506cases in2016and1575cases in2017.Results In all4553cases of clinical transfusion,382cases were not qualified for blood transfusion,the rate of disqualification was8.39%(382/4553).The rate of disqualification of blood transfusion records was11.68%(172/1472)in2015.The rate of disqualification of blood transfusion records was7.64%(115/1506)in2016.The rate of disqualification of blood transfusion records was6.03%(95/1575)in2017.The rate of disqualification of blood transfusion records was reduced year by year.Conclusion Strict quality management for clinical blood transfusion records,and the effective coping strategies for unqualified blood transfusion records can effectively reduce the rate of disqualification of the medical records,and ensure the health and safety of the patients.
