经皮肾镜取石术后专用靠枕的设计与临床应用

The Design and Clinical Application of Specialized Pillow for Postoperation of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

研制一种经皮肾镜取石术后专用的靠枕以提升患者术后舒适度。本靠枕由靠枕枕套和靠枕芯组成,靠枕芯采用高密度海绵一次成型,形状类似一侧有一处梯形凹槽的三角翻身枕,可用于放置肾造瘘管避免管道受压,使患者术口悬空减轻压迫。经临床使用后护士及患者对该靠枕效果满意,该靠枕可有效减少管道受压并充分观察引流液情况,有效改善患者术后因术口受压所引起的不适感。而且该靠枕操作过程简单易掌握,充分解决患者术后受压不适等问题,经济适用、安全可靠。

To develop a specialized pillow for post-operation of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy(PCNL),which can improve the comfort degree of patients after PCNL.The specialized pillow was made up of pillow case and pillow interior,used high-density foam for one step formation.The specialized pillow shaped like a triangulation pillow with a trapezoidal groove on one side,which can be placed by the nephrostomy tube and protects the tube from squeezing,thereby having the patients'neck suspended and releasing the stress on the patients.The specialized pillow,achieving good clinical effect from the patients and nurses,can effectively reduce the press of nephrostomy tube,make the observation of drainage liquid more easier and improve the comfort degree of patients after PCNL by reducing the compression of wound.The specialized pillow is scientifically designed,easy to use,and it is very helpful for the patients'problem such as the the compression of wound after the operation,so it is valuable to be popularized in hospitals.
