摘要
目的分析综合护理在冠心病患者心理状态以及生活质量的效果。方法选取2016年11月22日—2017年11月30日来我院就医的100例冠心病患者,随机分为两组。分别进行基础性护理、综合护理,对比两组焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论综合护理在冠心病患者心理状态、生活质量中具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on the mental state and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods100cases of coronary heart disease in our hospital from November22,2016to November30,2017were randomly divided into two groups.The basic nursing and comprehensive nursing were carried out respectively.The scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a certain application value in the psychological state and quality of life of the patients with coronary heart disease.
