摘要
目的对个性化护理在功能性子宫出血患者护理中的效果进行探讨分析。方法选取我院2014年1月—2016年11月收治的80例功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给以常规的护理,观察组给以个性化护理。结果观察组平均止血时间低于对照组;观察组贫血发生率低于对照组;护理后,两组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分有所降低,且观察组评分低于对照组。两组患者组内、组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对功能性子宫出血患者给以个性化护理干预,有效缓解患者的不良情绪,降低了贫血发生率,缩短止血时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing in patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods Eighty patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January2014to November2016were selected as the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given personalized care.Results The mean hemostasis timein the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The incidence of anemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.After nursing,SDS scores and SAS scores decreased in both groups,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cconclusion Personalized nursing intervention for patients with functional uterine bleeding can effectively relieve the patient's bad emotions,reduce the incidence of anemia and shorten the time to hemostasis.
