摘要
目的对去骨瓣颅内血肿清除术患者的围术期综合护理措施及效果进行总结分析。方法选择2015年1月—2017年12月我院120例颅内血肿手术患者,随机分为60例观察组和60例对照组。对照组采取常规性护理措施,观察组采取围术期综合护理干预,对两组不良反应及患者满意度进行观察分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者不良反应明显较少(6.7%vs.20.0%,P<0.05),且患者满意率显著升高(96.7%vs.85.0%,P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论去骨瓣颅内血肿清除术患者采取围术期综合护理干预,能有效降低并发症发生率,更好地保障患者安全,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention for patients with decompressive craniectomy removal of intracranial hematoma.Methods120cases with intracranial hematoma operation from January2015to December2017were selected and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was taken routine nursing and observation group for comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention.The adverse reaction and satisfaction degree of patients were analyzed.Results Compared with control group,observation group had less reaction(6.7%vs.20.0%,P<0.05)and higher satisfaction degree(96.7%vs.85.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate effectively and improve the satisfaction degree for patients with decompressive craniectomy removal of intracranial hematoma.
