细节管理在儿科临床护理管理中的应用效果探讨

Application of Detail Management in Pediatric Clinical Nursing Management

目的探讨细节管理在儿科临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月—2017年8月在我院儿科接收的患儿108例,随机分为实验组、对照组,对照组对患儿采取常规护理,实验组在此基础之上给予细节管理,对比两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果实验组患儿的风险事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率以及并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科临床护理管理当中采取细节管理,不但可以使护理质量和专业技术水平明显提高,同时可以将护理风险降至到最低,使护患纠纷发生率明显降低。

Objective To explore the effect of detail management in pediatric clinical nursing management.Methods A total of108children admitted to our hospital from February2015to August2017were randomly divided into experimental group,and control group.The children in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The experimental group was given detailed management on the basis of this.The clinical nursing effect of two groups of children was compared.Results The incidence of risk events,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes and complication in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of details in pediatric clinical nursing management can not only significantly improve the quality of nursing and professional skills,but also reduce the risk of nursing to the lowest,which can significantly reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes and have clinical promotion value.
