探讨细节护理管理模式在医院感染管理中的应用效果

The Application of the Detail Nursing Management Model in Hospital Infection Management

目的观察、分析在医院感染管理中细节护理管理模式的应用效果。方法特选取我院接收的住院患者500例作为研究对象;分为两组。每组250例,对照组应用常规护理路径;实验组应用细节护理管理路径。观察分析两组的护理效果。结果实验组患者感染发生率为92.4%,对照组患者感染发生率为16.8%,实验组患者感染人数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在经过护理干预后,实验组的护理满意度为97.6%,对照组为79.6%,实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院感染管理中,相比于常规护理路径来说,细节护理管理路径的护理效果更为显著,降低感染发生率,强化护理满意度,安全性高。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of nursing management model in hospital infection management.Methods500hospitalized patients were selected as the research object,divided into two groups.Each group of250cases,the control group was given routine care path;The experimental group applied the path of detailed nursing management.The nursing effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed.Results The incidence of infection in the experimental group was92.4%,and the incidence of infection in the control group was16.8%.The number of patients in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction was97.6%in the experimental group and79.6%in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management of detail nursing is more effective in nursing management of nosocomial infections than regular nursing.It is worthwhile to reduce the incidence of infection,enhance nursing satisfaction and safety.
