叶酸辅助治疗对H型高血压患者同型半胱氨酸水平及脑卒中发病率的影响

Effect of Folic Acid Adjuvant Therapy on Homocysteine Level and Stroke Incidence Rate in Patients with H-Type Hypertensive

目的探讨叶酸辅助治疗对H型高血压患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及脑卒中发病率的影响。方法选取医院2012年4月至2015年4月收治的H型高血压患者206例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各103例。两组患者均给予厄贝沙坦片(每次150 mg,每日1次)或苯磺酸氨氯地平片(每次5 mg,每日1次)治疗,研究组患者同时给予叶酸片(每次5 mg,每日1次)辅助治疗。结果治疗前,两组患者血浆Hcy、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、舒张压及收缩压比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者各项指标均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后随访12个月,对照组患者脑卒中和心肌梗死发生率分别为12.62%和2.91%,均显著高于观察组患者的1.94%和0.97%(P<0.05)。结论叶酸辅助治疗H型高血压可降低患者Hcy水平,且能有效降低脑卒中发病风险。

Objective To investigate the effect of folie acid adjuvant therapy on homocysteine(Hey)level and stroke incidence rate in patients with H-typ e hypertensive.Methods Totally 206 patients with H-typ e hypertensive admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,103 cases in each group.The two groups were given Irbesartan Tablets(150 mg/time,once a day)or Amlodipine Besylate Tablets(5 mg/time,once a day),at the same time,the observation group was given folic acid(5 mg/time,once a day)for adjuvant therapy.Results There were no significant differences in plasma Hey,IL-6,CRP,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before treatment in the two groups,but these indexes were significantly decreased after treatment<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).12 months of follow-up after treatment,the incidences rates of stroke and myocardial infarction in the control group were 12.6 2%and 2.9 1%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 1.94%and 0.9 7%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Folic acid for adjuvant therapy of type H hypertension can reduce the Hey level and effectively reduce the risk of stroke in the patients.
