利巴韦林联合热毒宁对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎心肌酶谱的影响

Effect of Ribavirin Injection Combined with Reduning Injection on Myocardial Enzymes in Patients with Infantile Rotavirus Enteritis

目的探讨利巴韦林注射液联合热毒宁注射液对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎心肌酶谱的影响。方法选取医院儿科2016年9月至2017年3月收治的小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,两组患儿均予以利巴韦林注射液治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上加用热毒宁注射液。结果治疗3 d后,观察组患儿总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的65.00%(χ~2=9.408,P=0.009<0.05);两组患儿心肌酶谱指标、白细胞介素6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患儿的各项指标水平明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论利巴韦林注射液联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎,疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Ribavirin Injection combined with Reduning Injection on myocardial enzymes in patients with infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods Totally 80 patients with infantile rotavirus enteritis admitted to the Department of Paediatrics in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given Ribavirin Injection,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Reduning Injection.Results After 3 d of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5 0%,which was significantly higher than 65.0 0%of the control group(X2=9.408,P=0.009<0.05).After treatment,the indexes enzyme spectrum,IL-6 and TNF-a in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and those indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Ribavirin Injection combined with Redlining Injection for treating infantile rotavirus enteritis is satisfactory and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
