In the present world,with frequently occurring wars and raging terrorism and hegenonism,peacedeficit is a serious challenge facing human beings.The Nineteenth CPC National Congress pointed out thatit is necessary to build an open,inclusive,clean,and beautiful world with long-lasting peace,universalsecurity,and common prosperity through building the community of common destiny for all mankind.In asense,the“Belt andRoad Initiative”is a realistic path that Communist Party of China raises to eliminatepeace deficit and create a community of common destiny for all mankind.This is the wisdom and strengththat Communist Party of China contributes to the peaceful development of theworld by taking a broad andlong-term view in peace time,standing at the height ofmankind.It is based of the global pattern and a thorough reflection on the challenges facing human beings.
