我国农村基层协商民主制度化研究述评

Review of Research on Institutionalized Basic-leveled Consultative Democracy in Rural China

协商民主的制度化发展代表着我国民主政治的发展方向,是新农村建设的重要途径,也是农村基层民主建设的新思路。当前,协商民主制度的理念贯穿于农村社会的政治、经济、生活等领域,在广泛的农村基层实践中,协商民主制度化过程也在不断演进。然而,这一过程并非一帆风顺,仍存在一些亟待解决的问题,为此势必要对现阶段农村基层协商民主制度化的研究成果进行梳理和分析,提出尚待深入探讨的问题,以推动我国农村基层协商民主制度化稳步前行。

Violent strikes often have dual functions.On the one hand,the existence of violent strike hasnegative effectof various degrees on relations between labor and capital;on the other hand,under certainconditions,the pressure imposed by violent strikes can also be transformed into different and becomean important driving force to govern strikes.From the perspective of game theory,theformation logic and governance logic of violent strikes are explored,which is an important path to promotethe transformation of conflict between labor and capital into consultation and cooperation.
