大学生学习压力与心理韧性及学习倦怠的关系

On Relationship among College Students' Learning Stress,Psychological Resiliency,and Learning Burnout

为了探讨大学生的学习压力、心理韧性和学习倦怠水平的现状以及三者之间的关系,采用问卷法测查了湖南某高校541名在校大学生。研究发现:大学生整体存在着中等水平的学习压力和学习倦怠,其心理韧性水平整体来说是较好的;大学生的学习压力能显著正向预测大学生的学习倦怠;心理韧性是学习压力对学习倦怠产生影响的中介变量。

To explore thestatus of and relationship among the college students'learning stress,psychologicalresilience,and learning burnout,questionnaires were adopted to survey541college students of a universityof Hunan Province.It was found thatgenerally college students suffered from moderate learningstress and learning burnout,their overall level of psychological resilience was sound,their learning stresscouldpositively predict their learning burnout,and psychological resilience was the intermediary variableof the impact of learning stresson learning burnout.
