宁夏地区线路工程造价分析与环境保护研究

Environmental Protection and Cost Analysis of Transmission Line Project in Ningxia Province

以2012年-2016年宁夏地区竣工投产的各电压等级线路工程的详实数据为基础,分析各电压等级线路工程近五年造价水平变化趋势。从量、价、技术因素和建设条件四个层次分析了单位造价产生波动的原因,同时,由于线路工程在施工的过程中会对周围的环境产生一定的影响,所以国家对环境保护的要求也越来越严格,因此还研究梳理了宁夏地区线路工程中环境评价影响因素分析与环境保护措施,为公司投资决策和管理提供重要依据,同时也促进电力行业的有效发展。

Based on the engineering data of voltage grade lines that are put into production during 2012 to 2016 in Ningxia,this paper analyzed the changing trends of voltage grade level in nearly five years.From the perspectives of quantity,price,technical factors and construction conditions,it discussed the causes of fluctuations,and unit cost at the same time.The engineering lines in the construction process will have certain influence on the surrounding environment,so the country is becoming more and more strict to the requirement of environmental protection.This paper also study the environmental impact assessment factors in the Ningxia area and environmental protection measures,providing important basis for investment decision-making and management,but also promote the effective development of the electric power industry.
