对城市环境生态建设关系到城市的发展的格局定位,研究西安城市环境生态建设方式,以"系统治理、永续发展"为主题,树立长效的西安城市环境生态建设观念,利用大西安八百里秦川的地理优势,充分利用秦岭的生态调节功能,以生态文明理念作为指导城市建设的中心思想,建设山区、平原、城市绿化的生态屏障。在城市中依托城市绿色公共环境,进行生态保护建设,为城市营造更多的绿地空间,进行园林绿化建设、环境的生态建设、城市景观建设,促进西安城市环境生态建设方式改革创新更上新的台阶。
