摘要
对南京、苏州、扬州和徐州等地部分幼儿园的实地调研发现,江苏省幼儿教师队伍主要存在合格教师数量不足,部分取得教师资格的教师教学技能差、教师的现代教育技术能力整体薄弱和专业思想不稳定等问题。要解决这些问题,需要改进幼儿园教师的准入程序,提高学历要求,加强职前培训,重视信息技术应用能力,注重"保教实践"。
On the basis of survey of some kindergartens in diff erent areas of Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the problems with kindergarten teacher admittance.Meanwhile,the paper also discusses the measures to improve teachers’competence and accomplishments from aspects of kindergarten teachers’professional ideas,professional skills,information technology application and pre-service practice,giving suggestions on how to improve the procedures of teacher certifi cation.
