摘要
核心素养在学校层面落地表现在三个维度:一是"不教之教"课堂教学维度,二是"有趣之教"课程设置维度,三是"无字之教"活动开展维度。学生在"不教之教"课堂学会合作与探究,在"有趣之教"课程中学会审美与健康身心,在"无字之教"活动中增长责任意识和爱心能力,最终实现必备品格和关键能力的"合适应性"发展。研究者通过"观评常规课""观赏校本课""展评活动课"的测量,结合"不教之教""无字之教""有趣之教"的属性行为,确立校本素养评价框架量规,建立访谈量规泛在化的一般范式,实现发展学生核心素养目标可靠落地的办学宗旨。
The core accomplishments in school include three dimensions:classroom teaching dimension of teaching for not teaching,curriculum designing dimension of interesting teaching,and activity dimension of teaching without words.Students can learn to cooperate and explore in classroom,to be aesthetic and healthy in curriculum,and to improve their awareness of responsibility and love competence in activities so that fi nally they can develop their necessary characters and key competence.This author has observed and assessed daily classroom teaching,appreciated school-based classes and displayed and evaluated activity classes to establish the framework of school-based assessment and construct the general paradigm of interview with the purpose of realizing the development of students’core accomplishments.
