摘要 为有问题、有需要的家庭提供科学有效的家庭教育指导是保护儿童权利、发挥家庭教育价值的重要举措。幼儿园教师的家庭教育指导实践正面临身份、关系和能力等多重现实困境。多元主体责任分散、幼儿园条件支持差异大及教师专业水平有限是困境形成的重要影响因素。基于此,需要完善政策法律保障机制,明确教师责任边界,发挥家长主体作用,整合园本条件,提高教师专业化水平,以期使幼儿园教师走出家庭教育指导的困境。 Providing eff ective family educational guidance for problem families is an important measure to protect children’s rights and to realize the value of family education.Kindergarten teachers are confronted with various realistic predicaments in their guidance to family education such as identity,parent-teacher relations and competence,and such predicaments are caused by the factors of scattered responsibilities,diff erent supporting conditions and teachers’limited professionals.To solve the above problems,we need to perfect policy and law protection system,clarify teachers’responsibility,give play to parents’subjective roles,integrate kindergarten-based conditions,and improve teachers’professional levels,hoping to help teachers out of the guidance predicaments.
