融和德育,促进学生融和品性养成

摘要 外来务工人员子女随班就读和教育已经成为我校德育工作面临的一个重大挑战和课题。为了让这些学生与本地学生各取所长,融为一体,共同健康成长,我校确立了融和品性的培养目标,重点对全校学生进行尊重、悦纳、合作三种优秀品性的有效培养,采取了运用多种激励性手段,建立成长共同体,开发校本德育课程等多种方式,落实行为培养,让学生更自信。 That migrant children receive education with the local children has become a major challenge and project faced by our moral education in school.To let them integrate into the local students and learn from each other,our school has set the educational goal of harmonious morality,focusing on cultivation of three fi ne characters,including respect,acceptance,and cooperation.To achieve the above goals,we adopts such approaches as applying encouraging means,building growth community,and developing school-based moral courses.
