摘要
部分1 000MW等级汽轮机补汽阀的投运会诱发轴系振动,影响补汽阀快速调频功能的正常使用。为了解决这个问题,基于部分电厂的实践经验进行了总结分析,认为利用凝结水系统蓄能、高加给水旁路等方式均可实现机组调频功能。而针对有0号高加的机组,还可以采用"可调整"0段抽汽的手段来参与机组调频,这丰富了机组调频的手段,提高了机组经济性。
The operation of overload valves of 1 000 MW class turbine can induce shafting vibration,which may influence fast frequency modulation function of the overload valve.To solve this problem,based on the practical experiences in some power plants,the energy storage of condensate system and feedwater bypass in high-pressure heater can be used to realize the frequency modulation function of the unit.In regard to the unit with No.0 high-pressure heater,“adjustable”0 section extraction steam can also be used for frequency modulation of the unit,which can increase measures for frequency modulation and improve the economy of the unit.
