摘要 某电厂9E燃气轮机机组调峰运行启停频繁,长期处于低速盘车状态,导致透平动叶平台间隙严重超标,轮盘榫槽磨损。通过分析并借鉴同类型机组处理的成功经验,采用激光熔覆技术对燃气轮机轮盘榫槽进行修复。修复后的榫槽间隙尺寸的精度可满足使用要求,从而确保燃气轮机机组的安全运行。 As a 9E gas turbine unit started and tripped frequently during peaking operation,it remained in low speed turning state,which caused severe over clearance of the rotating blade platform and abrasion of disc mortise in turbine.Based on analysis of treatment experiences for the same type of units,the laser cladding technology was adopted to repair the disc mortise for the gas turbine.The clearance precision of the repaired mortise could meet the requirements of application,therefore,the operation safety of the gas turbine unit could be ensured.
