Developing the Chinese herbal medicine industry of Gansu is the measure to find new economy point of growth,construct characteristic industry and distinctive industry.Industry chains should be divided scientific,constructed completely and balanced.Industrial clusters about the formation model should be figured out.The excitation mechanism of enterprise-university-research institute cooperation should be constructed.Appropriate means of propaganda should be chosen.Talent training supporting system should be constructed.The supervision should be strengthened.
