Syndrome Differentiation Theory for Treatment of IgA Nephropathy by Combining Circular Motion Theory

本文结合圆运动理论,认为IgA肾病的基本病机为水寒、土湿、木郁,因此,治疗总体上以温水、运土、达木为原则,但其发生发展却是一个动态的过程。

Combined with circular motion thoughts,this article believed that kidney-yang deficiency,dysfunction of the spleen in transport and stagnation of hepatic qi are the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy.The general principles of treatment should be warming and recuperating the kidney-yang,invigorating spleen and relieving the depressed liver,but its development is a dynamic process.
