除印度之外,2017/2018年世界葡萄干预计产量为122万吨,总出口量近78万吨,均达到近十年比较高的水平;消费量为120.35万吨,稍低于2016/2017年的最高水平;而进口量为73.85万吨,与上年度基本持平。北半球国家中,土耳其、美国和中国是葡萄干产量大国,接下来是印度、伊朗、乌兹别克斯坦和阿富汗。近两年,土耳其的葡萄干产量稳定在30万吨,超过美国成为第一大葡萄干生产国,而伊朗和印度的葡萄干产量也增长迅速,在中国之后排世界第四和第五位。南半球国家中,主要葡萄干生产国是智利、南非、阿根廷和澳大利亚。消费方面,欧盟是世界第一大消费市场,2017/2018年的消费量将为33.7万吨;其次是美国和中国,消费量分别是20.5万吨和20.0万吨;贸易方面,土耳其是世界第一大葡萄干出口国,2017/2018年的出口量预计为24万吨,其次是伊朗和美国,出口量分别为14万吨和12万吨;中国是世界最大的葡萄干进口国,2017/2018年的进口量预计为3.8万吨。

With the exception of India,the world raisin production was estimated to be1.22million tons and the total export volume is nearly780000tons in2017/2018,reaching the relatively high level of production in the past decade;consumption was1.20million tons,slightly below its peak in2016/2017;while imports were738500tons,roughly the same as last year.Turkey,the United States and China were the top producers of raisin in the northern hemisphere,followed by India,Iran,Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.Turkey's raisin production had stabilized at300000tons over the past two years,overtaking the United States as the largest raisin producer;while raisin production in Iran and India had also grown rapidly,behind China ranked4th and5th in the world.Among the countries in the southern hemisphere,the leading raisin producers were Chile,South Africa,Argentina,as well as Australia.The European Union is the world's largest consumer market and will consume337000tons in2017/2018,follow by the United States with205000tons and China with200000tons.In terms of trade,Turkey is the world's largest exporter of raisin;export volume expects240000tons in2017/2018,followed by Iran and the United States,140000tons and120000tons,respectively.China is the world's largest importer of raisin and import volume is expected to be38000tons in2017/2018.
