被誉为“新隆中对”的治国建议——读《胡耀邦文选》的一则回顾

粉碎"四人帮"后不久,胡耀邦同志就向党中央提出了明确的三条治国方略,被誉为"新隆中对"。这三条治国方略包括停止批邓、平反冤假错案、狠抓生产等内容,在当时对稳定大局、治理国家具有历史性意义,表现出胡耀邦同志卓越的总揽全局能力和心系党、国家和人民的情怀。今年是真理标准讨论40周年,更是改革开放40周年,回顾总结40年历史,胡耀邦同志《对当前如何治理国家的建议》一文,不仅是结束"文革"后治国理政的发轫之作,而且为我们今天更好地总结经验,继续改革开放奠定了良好基础。

Soon after the"Gang of Four"was smashed,Hu Yaobang proposed a clear three governing strategies to the Party Central Committee and was hailed as“New Longzhong Conversation".These three governing strategies include stopping the criticizing Deng,rehabilitating false and wrong cases,and vigorously promoting the production and so on,which have historical significance in stabilizing the overall situation and governing the country.They show Hu Yaobang's outstanding overall ability and the feelings of the party,the country and the people.This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Discussion of the Standards of Truth and the 40th anniversary of Reform and Opening up.Reviewing and summing up the 40-year history,Hu Yaobang’s article“Suggestions on How to Govern the Country at The Moment”is not only the beginning of the governance of the country after the end of the“Cultural Revolution”,but it also laid a good foundation for us to better summarize our experience and continue our reform and opening up.
