The ancient town of Huangyao,Guangxi Province has rich historical and cultural resources.Although its construction and development have achieved remarkable results and have received great attention from all fields,there are still many problems such as the single form of development,the“marginalization”of the original residents,and the crisis of the original building authenticity.In the process of urbanization,Huangyao Ancient Town should explore the characteristic commercial development model,dig deeper historical and cultural resources,increase its enthusiasm for participation in development by increasing measures such as skills training for indigenous residents,and strive to enrich the cultural connotation and tourism value of Huangyao Ancient Town.
