精准扶贫中社会力量融合及其实施途径

精准扶贫是党中央对扶贫开发工作的新要求,是贫困山区实现脱贫的重要途径,是决胜全面建成小康社会的重要保障。当前,我国贫困人口基数大,贫困地区分布广,尤其是贫困山区脱贫攻坚的形势严峻,开展精准扶贫、实现精准脱贫的任务紧迫而繁重。要贯彻实施脱贫攻坚战略,不仅要发挥干部队伍作用,提高群众主动脱贫意识,因地制宜开展科技扶贫、产业扶贫,让群众从脱贫中得到实惠,还必须凝聚和融合党的领导、教育资助、金融支持、公益组织等社会力量,在实践中不断探索精准扶贫的最佳实施途径,切实提高扶贫攻坚成效,最终实现精准脱贫目标。

Targeted poverty alleviation is the new requirement of the Party Central Committee for poverty alleviation and development.It is an important way to achieve poverty alleviation in poor mountain areas and is an important guarantee for success in building a well-off society.At present,the poverty population in China has a large base,and the poverty areas are widely distributed.In particular,poverty-stricken mountainous areas are facing severe poverty alleviation,and the task of carrying out targeted poverty alleviation and achieving targeted poverty alleviation is urgent and arduous.To implement the poverty alleviation strategy,we must not only give play to the role of the cadres,increase the people’s active awareness of poverty alleviation,and implement poverty alleviation through the use of science and technology and industry,so that the masses can benefit from poverty alleviation.It is also necessary to agglomerate and integrate social forces such as party leadership,education funding,financial support,and public welfare organizations to continue to explore the best ways to implement of targeted poverty alleviation in practice and effectively improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,and ultimately achieve targeted overcoming poverty goals.
