山区小县精准扶贫、精准脱贫路径——以山东省东平县为例

深入开展脱贫攻坚,让贫困人口和贫困地区同全国一道进入全面小康社会是我们党的庄严承诺。东平县是山东省扶贫工作重点县之一,是全省易地扶贫搬迁人口最多的县份,也是全国移民避险解困、黄河滩区居民迁建工程试点县。近年来,中共东平县委明确扶贫责任主体,充分借助统一战线群体智力支持,大力推动项目扶贫的同时加大扶贫项目资金审计监督,稳步推进产业项目发展、库区移民搬迁、孝道文化弘扬等工作。经过一年的精准扶贫,绝大多数贫困户已经脱贫,取得脱贫攻坚战的阶段性成果。
