摘要
该文以俊丰三樱椒为材料,在4℃和25℃下采用不同浓度的叠氮化钠处理辣椒种子,研究不同浓度叠氮化钠与不同温度对辣椒种子萌发的协同效应。结果表明:在0~4.0mmol/L浓度范围内,叠氮化钠抑制辣椒种子萌发和生长,但用5.0mmol/L的叠氮化钠处理辣椒种子时,其发芽率、发芽指数、蛋白质含量等性状都呈上升趋势。4℃低温处理辣椒种子时,以上的这些性状指标都要高于室温(25℃)处理的,说明低温可抑制叠氮化钠的诱变作用。
This experiment treats the pepper seed in different concentrations of sodium azide under two different temperatures at 4℃and 25℃,to study the effects of sodium azide on germination of pepper seed and its synegistic effect with temperature.The results showed that in the 0~4.0mmol/L concentration range,sodium azide inhibited the germination and growth of pepper seed.However,the concentrations of 5.0mmol/L sodium azide processing pepper seeds,germinating rate,germination index,germination,protein content and other traits are increasing.Under the low temperature(4℃),the traits of pepper seeds are higher than room temperature(25℃)treated.These instructions can be suppressed low temperature can inhibit the mutagenic effects of sodium azide.
