摘要
为探究红缘天牛寄主植物挥发物配方对其引诱活性,以筛选出更有效的配方来防治红缘天牛并保护其寄主植物,该实验从葡萄和国槐2种寄主植物挥发物中筛选几种化合物并混合,得到16种配方。将这16种配方对红缘天牛进行EAG测试、嗅觉行为测试和野外诱集实验。结果显示:G5号配方引诱效果最好,雌雄EAG值均达到显著水平,相对选择率:雌性达73.33,雄性达46.47,相对诱捕率达19.05;其次为G4和G2号配方;向原有配方加入反-2-己烯醛后,配方引诱效果增强。从以上结果可以看出:G5配方可以作为下一步开发红缘天牛引诱剂的配方;反-2-己烯醛可以作为红缘天牛引诱剂配方的重要成分做进一步研究。
In order to explore lure activity of Asias halodendri host plant volatiles formula,to select more effective rec ipe to prevention and control of Asias halodendri and protect its host plant,the experiment will be reported from the Vitis vinifera and Sophora japonica plant volatiles best formula with the optimal concentration of mixing ratio,com bine 16 kinds of formulas.These 16 kinds of formulas are tested EAG,behavior response and trap to Asias haloden dri to choose one of the most effective attractant.The results showed that G5 formula is the best formula,both male and female EAG value reached significant level,the female relative selection rate is 73.33,the male is 46.47,the trap rate is 19.05;Followed by G4 and G2 formula;The original formula after adding E-2-hexene aldehyde,luring effect is enhanced.As can be seen from the above results,G5 formula can be used as the next step development Asias halodendri attractants formula;E-2-hexene aldehyde can be used as Asias halodendri attractants formula of im portant components to do further research.
