摘要
为丰富防治红缘天牛的引诱剂,以柠条锦鸡儿和沙棘配方与3种昆虫引诱活性较高的化合物,反-2-己烯醛、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、1-22烯,以最佳活性浓度按相同比例组合成16种配方,对红缘天牛进行触角电位、嗅觉行为及野外诱集实验。结果显示:配方16对红缘天牛的引诱活性最好,雌雄虫对该配方的相对选择率分别为73.33%和60%,野外诱捕率达到14.5%;其次分别是配方10、15、9、5。综合结果得出,配方16、10、15、9、5对红缘天牛的引诱效果比较好,配方中含有反-2-己烯醛,而且多种寄主植物挥发物复合配方比一种寄主植物挥发物配方对红缘天牛的引诱活性好。
In order to enrich attractants of Asias halodendri,choose the best fomulas of the attractive activity to Asias halodendri from Caragana kroshinskii and Hippophae rhamnoidea respectly,and three compound of the better attractive activity to Asias halodendri trans-2-Hexen-1-al,Leaf Alcohol,1-22ene,Combine these two formulas with three compounds as 16 fomulas,these 16 formulas are tested EAG,behavior response and trap to Asias halodendri.The results showed that:the best fomular is 16,The relative selection rate of female and malee is 73.33%and 60%respectly,the trap rate is 14.5%,then is fomula 10,15,9 and 5.From the comprehensive results,the better attractive activity of fomula to Asias halodendri is 16,10,15,9 and 5,these fomulas both have trans-2-Hexen-1-al,therefore trans-2-Hexen-1-al have synergy.and the fomula of a variety of host plant volatiles have better attractive activity to Asias halodendri than a kind of host plant volatiles.
