固体FePO_4·2H_2O催化竹粉液化制备糠醛 被引量:1

摘要 在H_2O/THF溶剂中,采用固体FePO_4·2H_2O催化竹粉液化制备糠醛。结果表明,固体FePO_4·2H_2O催化竹粉液化制备糠醛最佳反应条件为:H_2O/THF溶剂、反应时间60 min、反应温度180℃、反应催化剂添加量为0.5 g,此时糠醛产率为83.1mol%(15.4wt%);FePO_4·2H_2O与HCl协同催化对糠醛产率的提高具有促进作用,HCl的pH值为2时糠醛产率为85.9mol%(15.9wt%);催化剂固体FePO_4·2H_2O、竹粉及液化固体残渣的红外、XRD分析则表明,FePO_4·2H_2O反应后能够重结晶形成固体,从而能够从反应体系中分离,为后续催化剂重复利用提供了便利。 An inexpensive FePO4·2H2O was used and novelty applied in H 2O/THF solvent system to producing furfural from bamboo meal.The results indicated that FePO4·2H2O exhibite an excellent catalytic activity,and highest furfural yield from bamboo meal was 83.1mol%(15.4wt%)under condition 180℃,60 min and catalyst dosage 0.5 g.The synergetic effect has been obtained between FePO4·2H2O with hydrochloric acid,highest yields of furfural was 85.9mol%(15.9wt%)under pH number 2(HCl).Moreover,the FTIR and XRD results indicated that FePO4·2H2O can both acted as homogeneous and heterogeneous catalyst,which provide a convenience for the catalyst recycling.
