延续护理对血液透析的肾衰竭患者生活质量及疗效的影响

目的 分析延续护理对进行血液透析的肾衰竭患者生活质量及疗效的影响。方法收取我院98例肾衰竭患者，收取时间在2015年10月20日至2017年2月10日，并将肾衰竭患者分为2组，对照组(49例患者实施常规护理)，观察组(49例患者实施延续护理)。观察2组的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分（90.26±1.18)分和治疗效果评分（85.27±1.05)分均高于对照组的评分（72.25±1.27，70.11±1.08)（P＜0.05）。结论通过对肾衰竭患者实施延续护理，不仅能提高疗效、还能提升每位患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life and efficacy of patients with renal failure in hemodialysis.Methods For98patients with renal failure,charging time on October20,2015until February10,2017,and patients with kidney failure can be divided into two groups,control group(49patients)routine nursing,observation group(49cases)continue nursing.Results The quality of life score in observation group of patients with kidney failure after nurses(90.26-1.18)and treatment effect of score(85.27+1.05)points and the quality of life score were higher than control group(72.25-1.27)and treatment effect of score(70.11-1.08)(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuation nursing of patients with renal failure can not only improve the curative effect,but also improve the quality of life of each patient.
