骨折术后采用解毒止血方剂辅助治疗的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨骨折术后采用解毒止血方剂辅助治疗对患者切口感染及愈合影响。方法选取2015年9月~2017年2月我院行手术治疗椎体骨折患者180例，随机分为干预组和常规组，干预组围手术期分予自拟解毒止血方剂，常规组围手术期注射头孢唑啉预防感染，比较2组患者切口愈合效果及治疗前后白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞比例（N）变化情况。结果干预组患者治疗总有效率显著高于常规组［90.00%vs.91.11%，P＜0.05］。术前2组患者WBC、N水平比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后干预组患者WBC、N水平均低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论骨折术后采用解毒止血方剂辅助治疗可减轻患者切口感染，有效促进切口愈合，具有显著临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of adjuvant therapy on the incision infection and healing of patients after fracture.Method:Fifty patients with limb fractures were randomly divided into intervention group and routine group.From January2015to February2017,180patients were randomly divided into intervention group and routine group.The patients were treated with self-propelled hemostatic agents and cefazolin were used to prevent infection.(WBC)and neutrophil ratio(N)before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group[90.00%vs91.115%,P<0.05].There were no significant differences in WBC and N levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The WBC and N levels in the postoperative intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fracture after the use of detoxification hemostatic adjuvant therapy can reduce the wound incision infection,effectively promote incision healing,with significant clinical efficacy.
