LIASIONXL不同稀释倍数对HCG结果准确性的影响

目的 根据稀释验证的结果评估检测结果的准确性。方法对HCG进行最大稀释倍数的验证，对胶体金试纸检测出为阳性但未超出线性范围(0～10000mIU/mL)而采用预先稀释的结果进行误差分析。结果最大自动稀释倍数100倍偏差为29%大于25%，验证未通过；最大自动稀释倍数50倍偏差为15%小于25%，验证通过。结论超出线性范围的结果采用≦50倍稀释可以直接审核结果，但对未超出线性范围的结果是否存在过度稀释而造成较大误差需要甄别。

Objective to verify the accuracy of the evaluation results according to dilution test results.Methods to verify the maximum dilution of hCG of colloidal gold strip detected as positive but not beyond the linear range(0-10000miu/mL)and the use of pre diluted results.Results the maximum deviation is automatically diluted100times greater than29%25%,did not pass validation;automatic dilution50times maximum deviation is15%less than25%,verified by.Conclusion beyond the linear range of results with equal to or less than50times dilution can be directly to the audit results,but not beyond the linear range of results and whether there is a larger error caused by the need to identify excessive dilution.
