小儿七氟烷麻醉中进行麻醉深度指数监测的临床意义研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究麻醉深度指数监测用于小儿七氟烷麻醉中的意义。方法选择2016年12月~2017年12月本院手术患儿82例,依据术中麻醉监测方式分为2组,给予不同监测,比较效果。结果观察组术中、术毕的心率、平均动脉压、脑状态指数值、呼气末的七氟醚浓度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿七氟烷麻醉中进行麻醉深度指数监测能够减少对机体的影响,可推广。 Objective Study on the significance of depth Index Monitoring in sevoflurane Anesthesia in Children.Methods From December2016to December2017,82cases of children undergoing operation in our hospital were divided into two groups according to intraoperative anesthetic monitoring methods.Results In the observation group,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure,state index of brain and the concentration of heptafluoroether at the end of breath were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The depth index monitoring of sevoflurane anesthesia in children can reduce the influence of sevoflurane and can be popularized.
