甲状腺良性结节药物治疗的疗效评价

Evaluation of drug therapy for benign thyroid nodules

目的 对比分析不同药物治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床效果。方法收集上海地区2014年4月至2016年4月通过触诊、超声检查发现最大径小于2cm的甲状腺多发结节，临床判断为良性结节(边界清，质地不硬，超声回声均匀、未见血流及钙化)，甲状腺功能正常，暂不需要手术，临床动态观察期间的120例患者，随机分为单独服甲状腺素组(治疗1组)、单独服用中药小金丸组(治疗2组)、小金丸联合甲状腺素(优甲乐)同时服用组(治疗3组)，3组患者均服药6个月，比较3个治疗组临床效果。结果治疗1组有效率为52.5%，治疗2组有效率为57.5%，治疗3组有效率为77.5%，治疗3组临床效果明显高于治疗1组和2组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗1组、2组之间比较，差异无统计学意义(P=0.653，P＞0.05)。结论小金丸联合优甲乐治疗甲状腺功能正常的良性结节，临床疗效明显高于单用优甲乐和小金丸。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of different drugs in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods To collect thyroid nodules that the maximum diameter less than2cm by palpation and ultrasound examination from April2014to April2016in Shanghai,and the clinical judgment were benign nodules(the boundary was clear and texture was not hard,ultrasonic echo uniform,no blood flow and calcification),the thyroid function was normal and need not surgery.Dynamic observation of120cases,the patients randomLy divided into three group,including taking levothyroxine(Euthyrox)alone(group1),taking traditional Chinese medicine Xiaojin pill alone(treatment group2),taking combination of Xiaojin pill and Euthyrox(treatment group3),the patients were treated for six months,and then to compare the clinical effect between the three groups.Results The effective rate was52.5%in group1,57.5%in group2and77.5%in group3.The clinical effect of group3was higher than group1and group2(P=0.05).There was no significant difference between group1and group2(P=0.653,P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of Xiaojin pill and Euthyrox was effective in the treatment of benign nodules with normal thyroid function,and its clinical effect was significantly higher than Euthyrox or Xiaojin Pill used alone.
