洛铂联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液胸腔灌注与静脉全身化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效比较

目的 探讨洛铂联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液胸腔灌注与静脉全身化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效；方法选取2012年6月～2016年12月期间于廊坊市第四人民医院肿瘤科住院诊治的患者80例为研究对象，观察组采用胸腔灌注疗法，对照组组采用全身化疗，比较2组患者的近期临床疗效和毒副反应。结果观察组患者RR和DCR分别为87.5%和95%，对照组患者RR和DCR分别为52.5%和65%，观察组显著优于对照组，观察组患者骨髓抑制、胸痛、胃肠道反应、肝肾毒性等毒副反应均显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论洛铂作为三代铂类药物联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6治疗非小细胞肺癌胸腔积液具有良好的早期临床疗效，而毒副反应较少，值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the los platinum joint cantharis acid sodium vitamin B6injection pleural perfusion and clinical effect of intravenous systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods Selection from June2012to December2012in langfang city during the fourth people's hospital oncology hospital diagnosis and treatment of80cases of patients with as the research object,the observation group USES the pleural perfusion therapy,controlled way using systemic chemotherapy,compared two groups of patients with recent clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.Results RR and DCR results observation group patients were87.5%and95%respectively,and the control group patients with RR and DCR were52.5%and65%respectively,the observation group was significantly better than the control group and observation group of patients with bone marrow suppression,chest pain,gastrointestinal tract,liver and kidney toxicity toxic and side reaction were significantly less than the control group,P<0.05;Conclusion Los platinum as three generations of platinum drugs with cantharis acid sodium vitamin B6therapy in non-small cell lung cancer with pleural effusion with good early clinical curative effect,and less adverse reaction,is worthy of reference for clinical.
