采用护理干预对于四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响探索

目的 探究护理干预对于四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月-2017年2月期间收治的四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者68例设为此次研究的对象，依据护理方式上的差异分成两个组别，对照组患者行常规的护理，而研究组则实施综合性护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果研究组患者术后7d肢体胀程度显著低于对照组，且疼痛程度相比较对照组更低，组间比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论在四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者中实施综合性的护理干预，能够有效减低患者的术后疼痛感，并消除肢体肿胀，降低并发症的发生，有利于患者的术后康复，可在临床上进一步推广及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of limb swelling after limb fracture surgery.Methods in our hospital from February2016-2017year in February admitted during the period of limb fracture postoperative limb swelling in68patients as the research object,according to the different nursing mode is divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,while the study group implement comprehensive nursing intervention,nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results the swelling degree of7D limbs in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the degree of pain was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in the limb swelling of limbs fracture patients in the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively reduce the pain of patients after surgery,and eliminate limb swelling,reduce the incidence of complications,it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients after surgery in the clinical further promotion and application.
