重症医学科患者镇静治疗的观察及护理

Sedative treatment and nursing for patients in the intensive care unit

目的 观察重症医学科患者镇静治疗的情况，并总结探讨临床护理方法。方法选择我院重症医学科2016年2月至2017年5月收治的50例危重患者为研究对象，全部患者均给予镇静治疗，观察分析治疗情况，并总结临床护理方法。结果经镇静治疗，全部患者均实现镇静治疗目标，生命体征平稳，未发生药物副作用。结论在对重症医学科患者进行镇静治疗时，为其提供科学和合理的护理干预，能让镇静治疗的开展更加顺利，保证镇静治疗效果，促进患者疾病康复。

Objective To observe the sedative treatment for patients in the intensive care unit,and to summarize the clinical nursing methods.Methods A total of50cases of critical patient who admitted in intensive care unit of our hospital from February2016to May2017were selected.All of the patients were given sedation treatment.The treatment effect was observed and analyzed,and the clinical nursing methods were summarized.Results After sedation therapy and nursing intervention measures including sedation monitoring,observation of the condition,guidance of medication,nursing of complications and psychological nursing,all of the patients achieved sedation goals and stable vital signs,there was no side effects.Conclusion During the sedation treatment of patients in intensive care unit,scientific and reasonable nursing intervention can ensure the smooth development of sedation and ensure the effect of sedation,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
