1378例肠镜检查术肠道准备持续性护理健康教育分析

Effect Analysis of Sustainability Nursing Health Education on 1378 Patients’Colonoscopy and Intestinal Preparation

目的 评估持续性护理健康教育在肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法对2016年1月至2016年12月到我院行肠镜检查的1378例患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组689人。对照组患者给予常规的健康教育，即由主班护士通知肠镜检查时告知肠镜检查及服药的注意事项。实验组给予系统持续性护理健康教育，由专职人员从入院、检查前、服药时、检查后等几个阶段循序渐进的进行健康教育。对2组患者的焦虑状态、服药检查依从性、肠道清洁度、护理健康教育的满意度、检查的准确率等进行观察和对比。结果对照组患者与实验组患者焦虑量表评分、依从性比较、肠道清洁度比较、满意度比较、检查准确率比较，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论持续性护理健康教育能够有效的减轻患者的焦虑状态，提高患者的依从性，肠道清洁度高，有利于提高肠镜检查的准确率，为临床的后期治疗提供了有力的依据，大大的提高了患者的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective It is an analysis of the application effect of the sustainability nursing health education on colonoscopy.Methods Randomly divided1378patients with colonoscopy in our hospital from January2016to December2016into two groups,each group of689patients.One was named as control group,another was the experimental group.The control group were treated by the routine treatment.They were informed the cautions of colonoscopy and medication when the nurse informed the colonoscopy time.The experimental group were treated by the system and sustainability nursing health education.They were taught a system of health education step by step by the full-time staff when they admitted to hospital,had bowel preparation,took medicines,completed the colonoscopy and other treatment stages.Made an observation and a comparison into the two groups from different perspectives:patient anxiety state,treatment compliableness,the intestinal cleanliness,the satisfaction of nursing and the accuracy rate of colonoscopy.Results It has a statistical significance to make an observation and a comparison into the two groups from different perspectives:the patient anxiety state,the treatment compliableness,the intestinal cleanliness,the satisfaction of nursing and the accuracy rate of colonoscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion The sustainability nursing health education alleviates the stress of patient anxiety state.It improves patients’compliableness and intestinal cleanliness.It not only enhances the accuracy of colonoscopy,providing a better basis for late clinical treatment,but also improves the satisfaction degree of patients.The effect analysis shows that the sustainability nursing health education is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
