分阶段整体护理干预在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of phased holistic nursing intervention in patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的 探讨分阶段整体护理干预在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院精神科收治的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为护理组与对照组，对照组40例接受常规精神科护理干预，观察组40例则接受分阶段整体护理，比较2组患者干预效果及生活质量情况。结果护理组干预后BPRS、SDSS、生活质量、护理满意度评分明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；随访结果护理组干预后复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论在慢性精神分裂症住院护理中实施分阶段整体护理能够有效改善患者精神状态，提升患者生活质量与护理满意度，并对降低远期复发率具有积极作用。

Objective Explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in patients with chronic schizophrenia.From January2016to January2017,80patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into nursing group and control group.The control group(40cases)received routine psychiatric nursing intervention,while the observation group(40cases)received holistic nursing in stages.The intervention effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results BPRS after intervention in nursing group.The scores of SDSS,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in chronic schizophrenia in stages of holistic nursing care can effectively improve the mental status of the patients with nursing care,improve patients'life quality and nursing satisfaction,and to reduce the recurrence rate has a positive effect.
