功能性子宫出血患者综合性护理干预的应用价值

Functional uterine bleeding patients comprehensive nursing intervention application value

目的探讨综合性护理干预在功能性子宫出血患者诊疗过程中的应用价值。方法研究对象选取2016年1月~2017年12月我院收治的38例功能性子宫出血患者，平均分为实验组（19例）与对照组（19例），对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者在常规基础上给予综合性护理联合干预，对两组患者在反复出血及贫血指标上进行比对分析。结果在反复出血率及贫血发生率指标上，实验组患者明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05），且实验组患者对护理的满意度明显提高。结论综合护理干预可明显改善患者临床症状，提高护理质量,有助于患者疾病的康复，这对于改善患者预后，提高其生活质量具有积极的意义。

Objective To explore the purpose of comfort summary:To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with functional uterine bleeding.Methods the study selected the January2016~2017year in December in our hospital38cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients,divided into experimental group(19cases)and control group(19cases),the control group were given routine nursing care,patients in the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing combined with given comprehensive intervention,the two groups in the repeated hemorrhage and anemia index were compared and analyzed.Results in terms of recurrent bleeding rate and anemia rate,the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved.Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of nursing,and help patients recover from illness,which has a positive significance for improving the prognosis and improving the quality of life of patients.
