非甾体抗炎药的临床不良反应进展研究

非甾体抗炎药具有抗风湿、抗炎、解热镇痛等功效，虽然其治疗效果显著，但长时间的使用容易对患者肝肾、消化道、造血系统造成损伤，因此对于使用非甾体抗炎药患者，不仅要注意用药禁忌症，还需加强患者病情观察和临床实验室检查，从而防止患者病情加重，提高用药安全性。
