An Interpretation of Zhuang Zexuan's Proposition of "China Indigenization of New Education" :From the Transformation to the Creation

纵观庄泽宣的"新教育中国化"探索历程,由前期意识到教育与社会的脱节,提出"教育改造"以适应社会,到后期将社会改造和教育改造视为一体化的系统工程,由构建中国化的教育体系来建设新的社会。这一转变不仅是看问题视角的转换,更是中国学者自觉构建"本土生长"的中国教育,自觉回应时代使命的重要体现。

Surveying the Zhuang Zexuan’s China Indigenization of New Education exploration course,we can find that he realized the disconnection between education and society in the early stage,and then he proposed"education reform"to adapt education to the society,and finally he regarded social transformation and education reform as a system engineering integration which will help to build a new society by constructing China education system.This transformation is not only a conversion of perspective but also a manifestation that Chinese scholars consciously constructed"China native education"and responded to their mission.
