In order to meet the needs of our country in the period of economic transition and promote the transformation of personnel training and local economy in colleges and universities,this paper elaborates the background and significance of the integration of production and teaching in colleges and universities campus in different cities.Through the case study of college-faculty fusion model in different places,this paper explores the mode of integration between production and teaching and analyzes the measures to ensure the high integration of both production and teaching.It will help promote the integration of production and teaching in different places and the cultivation of college talents,and it will be conducive to the development of the regional economy and society.
