A New Exploration of Talent Training Mode in Local Normal Universities

置身当前特定的社会环境和高等教育形势下,地方高等师范院校的人才培养模式呈现出多重困境。建构地方高等师范院校的人才培养新模式,主要应该遵循的原则有:面向地方、基础教育和职业教育;立足当下,合理利用传统;凸显师范特色,思想素质的养成为体、知识技艺的传授为用。

Under the current situation of specific social environment and higher education,the training mode of local higher normal colleges and universities has presented multiple predicaments.In order to construct a new model of talent training in the local normal college,the main principles should be followed:for the local,basic education and vocational education;based on the moment with the rational use of traditions;highlighting the characteristics of teachers with an aim of achieving ideological and cultural development,imparting knowledge and skills for use.
