推动性别教育,促进生育政策调整新态势下妇女事业的发展

Promoting the Development of Women's Career through Gender Education in the New Situation of Birth Policy Adjustment

性别教育是生育政策调整新态势下妇女事业持续有效发展的一个焦点。从精神层面的"男女平等"到纳入宪法,再到十八大报告中的鲜明体现,近百年打破传统的性别教育,虽然促进了我国妇女事业的发展,但在生育政策调整的新态势下,沉寂的旧意识又陈渣泛起。面对新出现诸多"生育""待遇"等现实问题,透析其本质,仍是性别意识的教育问题。把蕴含厚重的反"男尊女卑"传统教育真正地渗透进并纳入到先进性别教育中,既能践行"全面实施两孩"的政策,也能更好地促进妇女事业的发展。

Gender Education is a lasting and effective focus in the development of women’s career in the new situation of Birth Policy Adjustment.Spiritually,the view on equality of men and women has been written in the Constitution.What’s more,it is also displayed in the Report of the18th National Congress of Communist Party of China.Although the breakthrough in gender education has helped to promote the development of women’s career,the out-dated ideas in gender education appear in the new situation of the Birth Policy Adjustment.There are still many questions in reality,such as“birth”and“treatment”,which can still be considered as the questions in gender education in essence.Only by fighting against the traditional idea of men’s superiority to women and penetrating it in life can we practice the universal two-child policy and promote the development of women’s career.
